Hello, I’m Kris, and I live on a rural property on the Southern Tablelands of NSW.  For 20 years I was a Registered Nurse which heightened my interest in the body, how it works, and how we can best look after it. This then led me to investigate alternative and complementary forms of healthcare such as Naturopathy, Kinesiology, Acupuncture, Chinese Medicine, Yoga, and Qigong.

In 2010 after working in General Practice Medicine for 4 years I decided to leave the profession. I had become totally disillusioned with the medical system and how in essence, all it could truly offer patients was surgery and/or ongoing medication. It seemed to me they were treating only the symptoms but never identifying the root cause of people’s ailments.

During my research, I came across  Dr Bradley Nelson, a Chiropractor and Holistic Healer talk about how the body is prevented from healing of its own accord due to trapped emotions (made of pure energy) and energy imbalances in our body’s energetic system.

This was the most fantastic thing that I had ever heard and it resonated loudly with me. 

I wanted to find out more about this theory.

 I  read Dr Nelson’s book ‘The Emotion Code’, taught myself muscle reflex testing and started practicing his healing method on myself and my family. The results were extraordinary. I resolved my sore back, headaches disappeared without medication, tummy aches were alleviated and period pain vanished! This energy method was truly remarkable and led me to explore the field of Energy Medicine even more. Since then I have discovered marvels like Donna Eden and David Feinstein, Mary Beth Vanderlinden, Dr Nan Lu, Carolyn Cooper, Dr Tanya Ormsby and dozens of others.

In 2013 I became a certified  ‘Emotion Code Practitioner’  and in 2014 studied the ‘Energy Workz’ modality with Dr Tanya Ormsby, an Australian Chiropractor and Energy Healer. I have also studied  ‘Acupressure for Self Healing’ with Michael Reed Gach.

In 2019 I became a certified TRTP Practitioner. This cutting edge process is changing lives and empowering people. TRTP was created by an Australian woman called Judith Richards which came about as a consequence of her own healing journey. It challenges traditional mental health approaches and is achieving extraordinary results. Clients tell me after TRTP they feel different, their anxiety and depression simply fell away, they feel happier and their capacity to handle what life throws at them is increased. My passion is to work with those of you who know that you deserve more in life than you are currently experiencing. Taking the first step is challenging and uncomfortable but not nearly as uncomfortable as staying stuck where you are now. You deserve more, we all do.
