TRTP™ makes use of hypnosis. Hypnosis is used in order to deal with trauma where it is stored – in the subconscious and in the body. So it makes sense to speak to the subconscious in the language of the subconscious. What is the language of the subconscious? It’s the imagination.
As a certified TRTP™ Practitioner I guide you through the 3 session process with care and understanding in a safe and secure environment. In session 1 we identify and change the unconscious core beliefs that are keeping you stuck and introduce you to the truth of who you really are. In session 2, we remove the emotional charge and empower you in relation to your trauma so that your body and subconscious know that “It’s over and I’m safe now”. The nervous system returns to calm and symptoms fall away. Session 3 we create the future so that “every part of you will know where you’re going”.
TRTP™ is unlike traditional psychology which requires discipline, diligence and motivation, to change behavioural patterns. By introducing you to a new way of being, it changes how you feel, which in turn changes how you think. No discipline or on-going therapy is required.
